Referral Program:
Terms And Conditions

Welcome to the Mobile2b Referral Program! The program is designed to reward our valued customers who help us grow by referring new clients. Participation in the program is subject to these Terms and Conditions and indicates acceptance of all such terms.

Eligibility

• This program is open to all existing customers of Mobile2b in good standing.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction.

Referral Reward Criteria

• Participants must share the unique referral link provided by Mobile2b.
• A referral is deemed valid when the referred individual completes the booking form accurately, meets specified requirements, and signs a purchase agreement within six months of the referral date and becomes Active Referee (defined as successfully signing the purchase agreement and making the initial payment).

Rewards

• Rewards will be issued by emil only after the Active Referee meets all eligibility criteria, their purchase agreement becomes active and make the initial payment. Rewards will be distributed within 10 working days of the Active Referee's purchase agreement becoming active.
• Rewards are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.

Data Protection

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for administering the referral program and will be processed in accordance with Mobile2b’s Privacy Policy.

Legal and Compliance

• Mobile2b will ensure that the referral program complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Participants are expected to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by Mobile2b. Mobile2b reserves the right to interpret, modify, and enforce these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
• Mobile2b reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Program should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration, security, or fairness of the Program has been compromised in any way.

Fraud Prevention

• Any abuse of the referral program, fraudulent activities, or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in the forfeiture of accrued rewards and termination of participation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• Participants and prospective participants expressly understand and agree that:
• Your use of the Program is at your sole risk. The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and Mobile2b expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions, and terms (collectively, "Promises") of any kind, whether express or implied by statute, common law, or custom, including, but not limited to, Promises as to products or services offered through the use of the Program, implied Promises of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Mobile2b makes and gives no Promise that:
• The Program will meet your requirements,
• The Program will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free,
• The results obtained from the use of the Program will be accurate or reliable,
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Program will meet your expectations, and
• Any errors in the service will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

• Mobile2b is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in the referral program beyond the value of the earned rewards.
