The market is full of agencies that build a prototype, send an invoice, and move on. Six weeks later an API has changed, a model has been deprecated, or an edge case breaks the flow. The agent stops, and nobody owns it.
We work differently. We build the agent and keep it in operation: monitoring, incident response, model upgrades, and adjustments are part of the monthly price. You do not get a project, you get a running result.
That is not a claim from a pitch deck. We run seventeen of our own agents in production: customer success, invoicing, cost control, information security, server monitoring, and a watchdog agent that repairs the failed runs of the others. Our own company runs on what we sell you.

We map a process that costs your people time every day and build an agent for it, connected to the systems you already use: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, DATEV, Lexware, your ERP or CRM.
AI automation of existing workflows
Not every task needs an agent. Where a fixed rule is enough, we build automation without a model, because it is faster, cheaper, and more reliable. We use AI where judgement is genuinely required.
Operations and maintenance
The part other agencies leave out. We monitor every agent, fix incidents, move to better models, and adjust rules as your business changes. At a fixed monthly price.
Advice where it is needed
We do not sell workshops. If you do not yet know which process fits, we look at your day together and name the two or three candidates. That is part of the first call, not a separate offer.
A recruitment agent for a security services company
A German security services company with more than 650 employees handles around 400 applications a month. The responsible colleagues spent most of their working time reviewing documents, chasing missing ones, and forwarding questions.
The customer first tried to build the process themselves with automation tools, then gave up. Today a managed agent detects incoming applications, moves the data into their existing Excel sheet, files the documents in SharePoint, checks completeness against the customer's rule set, chases missing documents, and hands over a complete file. A human still makes every selection decision.
We publish the customer's name and logo once the agent is in regular operation and the customer has approved it.

We publish our prices. The tier depends on how many systems the agent works across and how much judgement the task requires.

One system plus email, a fixed flow, preparing work for a human to approve.

Two to four systems, applies your rules and exceptions, escalates special cases.

Our office is at Im Mediapark 5 in Cologne. In the Rhineland we come to you in person for the first call and the process mapping, with no travel fee. Running the agent afterwards is location-independent.

Cologne is strong in insurance, media, retail, and logistics, so the work here is usually document-heavy case handling, high volumes of customer enquiries, and coordination between departments.

Bonn is shaped by telecommunications, federal agencies, international organisations, and technical mid-sized companies. Many of them may not put their data in someone else's cloud, which makes on-premise operation a requirement rather than an extra.

Aachen is an engineering region: machine building, automotive suppliers, plant engineering, and technical spin-offs around RWTH. Here the time goes into quotations from drawings, inspection documentation, and audit evidence, not marketing processes.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does an AI agency do?
An AI agency builds AI applications for one specific company instead of selling a finished product. With us that covers process mapping, building the agent, connecting it to your systems, and then running it. Operations is the part many agencies do not offer, and the part where most AI projects fail.
What does an AI agency cost?
With us €199, €499, or €899 per agent per month depending on tier, plus a one-off setup fee based on the number of connected systems. Model and token costs, hosting, monitoring, and model upgrades are included in the monthly price. We do not bill by the hour, because you are buying a result, not working time.
Does this pay off for a small or mid-sized company?
An Assistant costs €199 a month, roughly three to four working hours. If a recurring process takes more than four hours a month, the agent already pays for itself. The processes customers bring us usually take ten to forty hours a month.
We have no IT department. Does this still work?
Yes, and that is exactly who this is built for. You do not need anyone to look after the agent, because we do that. What you need is one person who really knows the process and can give us an hour for the process mapping.
How long until the first agent runs?
A clearly scoped first agent is in production within a few weeks. We deliberately start with one process rather than a strategy, because the first running agent reveals more about your exceptions than any analysis.
How are you different from a classic digital agency?
Two things. First, we run what we build at a fixed monthly price instead of handing over a project. Second, we have been running the same kind of agents inside our own company for years, from invoicing to server monitoring. We did not add AI to a service portfolio, it is how we work.
Could we not build this ourselves with Make, n8n, or Zapier?
You could, and if you have a team for it, you should. Building is the smaller part of the job. After that APIs change, models are deprecated, edge cases appear, and nobody in the company owns it. Our first customer tried exactly that route and gave up.
Does our data leave the company?
Only if you allow it. We prefer open models on our own infrastructure in the EU. On request the entire agent runs inside your own network, and then nothing leaves your building. Commercial models are only used with your explicit approval.
Where is your office?
Im Mediapark 5, 50670 Cologne, just north of the main station. We prefer meeting at your company though, because we want to see the process where it happens.
Do you travel to Bonn or Aachen?
Yes. Bonn is about half an hour via the A555, Aachen about an hour via the A4. In the Rhineland the first call and the process mapping happen at your site with no travel fee. For running the agent, distance is irrelevant anyway.
Do you only work with companies in the region?
No. Cologne is where we are based and in the Rhineland we like to come in person. We serve customers across the German-speaking region remotely, which is perfectly sufficient for most projects.
