Kogel, founded in 1934 with over 550,000 vehicles produced, couldn't locate trailers on their own grounds. Internal logistics ran on paper and phone - Kanban cards, manual inventory lists, and verbal coordination.
Solution
Digital Kanban system with Mobile2b
Kogel deployed a digital Kanban system with GPS tracking, barcode scanning, and auto-triggered production steps. The system was later expanded to visitor registration and 5S audits.
